Yuji Itadori is a first year at Jujutsu High and is also know as possibly the only person who is able to contain Sukuna. After his grandfathers death, his only goal is to keep his promise to help others. He chooses to do this by fighting curses. He is a newbie to everything that has to do with cursed energy but he wants to grow stronger so he continues to learn and fight for what he believes is right despite his inevitable execution for being a vessel of Sukuna.
Megumi Fushiguro is a first year at Jujutsu High and is very experienced
in being a sorcerer. He was the first one to meet Itadori during a fight against a
cursed spirit and he tried his best to prevent Itadori's execution. He is able to create
animals from the shadows using his cursed energy to attack his enemies. These shadows can
be injured and destroyed. If one of his shadows, known as Shikigami, is destroyed, it cannot
be used again. However, the more animals that are destroyed, the more powerful the other animals
become.
Nobara Kugisaki is the third first year at Jujutsu High (there are only three). She just moved to the school so she is used to much simpler curses, ones that don't have high inteligence levels. Her technique uses straw dolls and nails. With these two items she has many options with her cursed energy. She can make nails explode with cursed energy, she can use the straw dolls similarly to voodoo dolls, she can impail the enemy with her hammer and nails, and many more. She may not be the most powerful but she's efficiant and intelligent when it comes to exorcising.
Satoru Gojo is a teacher at Jujutsu High and is known to be the most powerful sorcerer. He uses a blind fold to cover his eyes because his powers, one of which is known as "infinite void", is extremily dangerous. This power exposes everyone contained in his ifinite domain to everything and nothing all at once. There is so much and so little to process the enemy is unable to move. Gojo is known for being inmature to contrast with his work. He prefers to show off in battle but he's smart about what he does. He won't hesitate to try and get on the enimies nerves because he makes everything look so easy.
The second years at Jujutsu Kaisen include:
Maki Zenin is the only person at Jujutsu High without cursed energy. She finds her own way to fight using cursed objects and she possesses incredible athletic talent. Toge Inumake is a cursed speech user. He only speaks in rice ball ingredients to protect himself and others. Using his cursed speech takes a toll on his throat so he tries his best to use it only when necessary. Panda is a cursed corpse made up of three different souls. He is the only cursed corpse that was made to have emotions. He is able to change between each soul at will which is helpful concidering each soul holds its own strengths. Yuta Okkotsu is the last second year at the Tokyo Jujutsu High location. Unlike the other second years, the show doesn't give much detail on him. In fact, he's not in the show at all. We do expect to see him in future productions as he is one of four special grade sorcerers and he appears later on in the manga.
